Description

New moms often worry about producing enough breast milk to feed their babies. This can add stress on top of the many other physical and emotional demands of early motherhood. We all know that it takes a village to raise a child, and a supplement that supports lactation could be part of that village to give mom peace of mind and the ability to focus on her new little miracle!

Health First’s Nursing Aid is a concentrated, 5:1 extract of organic fenugreek and organic blessed thistle, used in herbal medicine as a galactagogue to help increase milk supply in nursing mothers. These two herbs are rich in saponins, vitamins and minerals, providing additional nourishment and digestive support for new moms, as well as help keeping blood sugar balanced and lowering cholesterol levels in cases of hyperlipidemia.
