INGREDIENTS AND USAGE:
• Ingredients: 100% Wild Organic Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus), Black Tea, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg.
• 100% Wild and Pure Chaga, no additives or fillers
• Quantity: 20 tea bags (unbleached and compostable)
• Recommended use: Add 1 tea bag (2g) to 250ml hot water. Steep for 5-6 minutes. Have it black or add your choice of milk.
